Consulting Services that fall within our core competencies are billed based on time and materials. Our agreement terms are flexible to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients. Although we strive to build long term one-to-one relationships with our clients, we do not require long term contractual obligations.


Managed Services

Quantech Managed Services assist clients with controlling the optimization of IT infrastructure. Optimization means ensuring that IT assets are secure from vulnerabilities, are readily available when required, and operate at peak performance for the life of the asset. A lack of optimization threatens business continuity, employee productivity, and increases ongoing support costs. Systems that are optimized are agile enough to meet the current and future requirements as a client's business demands on technology mature.

In order to ensure system optimization, Managed Services software agents are installed on every workstation and server in a client's enterprise. Once installed, our team uses the agents to create a baseline of all services running on all systems. The agents monitor system status 24x7x365 through our network operations center and provide instant alert notification when a baseline threshold is breached or approaches a breach. This allows our team to either automate utilities which help maximize optimization, or manually intervene. Manual intervention takes place either onsite or remotely by one of our qualified consultants. The objective of Managed Services is to take a proactive approach to IT problem solving through monitoring, maintenance and asset management.
